First, they review your resume and do an initial shortlist. Then, there's a group discussion for management/admin roles if applicable. After that, a technical round with role-specific questions (like for clinical, IT, or nursing jobs). Then a behavioral interview to check your personality, teamwork, and if you align with company values. Finally, the HR round covers salary, company culture, and if you're a good fit. The whole process usually takes a few days to a few weeks. It's medium difficulty, depends on the role. The candidate feedback is generally professional and positive.

It was 3 rounds in total, 2 technical rounds each 1 hour long and 1 managerial round for 1 hour. They didn't confirm if I cleared each round until I followed up. It was frustrating as interviews were rescheduled 5 mins before. Despite investing a lot of time and feeling the interview went well, they didn't extend an offer. It felt like they were just going through the motions.

The company was quick to respond and had a skill-based assessment. There were two rounds of interviews, and I received the offer within a week. The process was prompt and efficient. The HR round was the final one for salary negotiations. The first two rounds were with the department I would be joining.

Front-end interviews usually check how good you are with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You might get coding problems, have to solve stuff, and talk about design patterns. Be ready for questions about frameworks, making designs fit different screens, and making sure the site works on different browsers. You need to show you can build cool and good-looking user interfaces.
