Had a quick 15-minute chat, then a one-on-one with the Talent Acquisition Manager. It was super professional and friendly. We did a quick intro, then they told me more about the job and the team, and then we got into some typical interview questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I interviewed with different levels of management that I would be supporting. It was a professional interview, and they were flexible with scheduling to make it happen. They also checked for cultural fit and asked about the company's financial stability.

Behavioral Technical

I went through several interviews with various individuals. It became clear after the third interview that there wasn't agreement on what the job required. It seemed like the role shifted from a generalist to a recruiter after a bunch of interviews. I also noticed some friction between the managers. The company's work environment felt old-fashioned and wouldn't really encourage creativity or inspiration. This place will probably struggle to get and keep good employees. Not a lot of diversity in the workforce.
