First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NAPA Auto Parts.
Delivery Driver
The interview process was pretty chill, simple, helpful, and made me feel at ease. Napa sells good parts and the people there are really nice. I'm hoping I get the chance to work with them.
- Would you be okay with lifting batteries?
Driver
The interview process was very straightforward and brief. I spoke with the hiring manager, and we went over the responsibilities of the role and my previous work history. We also covered the work schedule and what is expected of me in the position. It was a standard interview with typical questions.
- What is your typical attendance record like?
Driver
Got a call back the same day I applied and did a quick phone chat. They asked if I could come in for an in-person interview soon. I interviewed with the manager and assistant manager two days later. It felt like a pretty relaxed chat.
