Behavioral

It was a really simple interview process. They mainly asked about my past experience and what the team was looking for in terms of day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. It was all very clear, brief, and to the point. Most of the time was spent discussing my background and previous work.

They gave me a take-home test where I had to do origami based on 3 options with different difficulties. I had to do it without the interviewer present and within a set time. Then, I had a panel interview with a few other Italian engineers. They really valued attention to detail.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Before the video interview, there was a PI test and cognitive test, which helps HR know the candidate's personality and if they fit the position. After those tests, there's a video interview with the hiring team that lasts about 50 minutes, covering both technical and behavior questions. For senior engineers, the on-site interview includes a 30-45 minute presentation.

I applied on the company website, and then got an email to do the PI Behavioral Index. After that, they emailed again saying I made it to the next round and to take the PI Cognitive test. Then, they wanted to do a 1-hour Skype interview, followed by a 1-hour in-person interview. The whole thing took about 2 weeks and they were really nice and focused on behavioral fit.
