- What are your salary expectations?
Process Associate
The interview process included an aptitude test, a group discussion, and an HR round. The questions weren't too difficult, mostly average, though the HR round was the trickiest with lots of crisscross questions. It was a good experience, and the company's environment seemed cool, with employees being very busy.
- What was the reason for leaving your last job?
Graduate Student
For engineering grads, group discussion topics usually involve current events and industry news. Recruiters often select subjects related to government programs, tech advancements, or social issues impacting the field. Examples could be government initiatives (like Make in India, Digital India, GST reforms), tech trends (AI/automation in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, renewable energy), and environmental or socio-economic concerns (climate change efforts, sustainability targets, infrastructure projects).
