Game Tester
First, HR or a recruiter looks at your CV to see if you have the right skills, like bug reporting, experience with different platforms, and QA tools. Knowing about games, even if it's just for fun, is a plus. They want to make sure you're interested, available, know what salary you expect, and have a background in gaming.
- Tell me about a project you worked on.
Clinical Study Manager
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with two managers, and the second round was with two team members. It was pretty easy, with STAR-based questions from the management. The team member interview was more of a quick chat, and it was more about personality than anything else. There were no technical questions.
- How do you handle conflicting priorities and tight deadlines?
Biological Safety Specialist
The interview process has 2 stages. They asked relevant questions. The team is kind and communicative. They partially detailed the missions. Human relations are present. Remote work is considered. You will have a complete setup to work. Flexible hours. The team is growing. They offer training (workshops, etc.). Weekly follow-ups. After-work events. Career development opportunities. Many benefits (restaurant card, transport, works council, etc.). Diverse profiles in the team. Variety of clients and medical devices studied. Consulting is mainly based on writing.
- What do you know about the field of toxicology?
Research Manager
First, there was a phone screening with basic questions about my past positions, salary expectations, and what the job requires. Then, I had an on-site interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. It seemed like they already knew if they thought I was qualified, and this was mainly so they could get a good feel for me. It took about 6 weeks for them to do the background check and reference check before they made an offer, which was contingent on passing a drug test.
