First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nammo Talley.
EHS Specialist
I had a phone call screening and then a site interview and tour. The initial call was about 30 minutes, and the site visit with the tour took about two hours. The whole thing took about six weeks from start to finish. It was a pretty standard interview process.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
Test Engineer
Three rounds total. Two were on the phone, and one was in person. They asked a good mix of technical and functional questions. The team was friendly but still professional. HR was responsive. I have to have 30 words but there isn't much more to say, so I'll just fill this with more words.
- Can you find the integral of this equation?
Manufacturing Engineer
It was a mix of behavioral interview questions and skills questions. It went very smoothly.
- Tell me about a time you faced a problem on the shop floor and how you solved it.
Contracts Manager
I was contacted by HR via email about a different role than the one I applied for online. After that, I had a phone interview with the head of the department and HR. It was a general interview covering my past experience and skills.
- What are your long-term career aspirations for the next five years?
