Had three 15-minute virtual interviews with three different people over two weeks. Got told a week after the first interview to schedule a second. Then a day after the second interview got told to schedule a final interview.

I had 4 interviews for the job. They mentioned at the third interview that the next one would be a walkthrough. When I went for that interview, they didn't give me any feedback on whether I got the job. They called me again and scheduled another interview, and it was like they had never met me before. I was really confused. I kept calling and emailing to find out if I was hired. Eventually, they called and told me I didn't get the job, which felt like a waste of my time and energy.

The interview process started with a quick 5-minute chat with HR. After that, I had a 10-15 minute meeting with the medical director. Although I wasn't asked back for a third round, they mentioned that the next step would have been a 15-20 minute shadow session, either with a clinician or a management representative, to observe my interactions with others.

We did a group interview with other candidates. There were three rounds in total. The last interview round involved shadowing the role you’re applying for. It wasn't really an interview. The second round was with the medical director. The first round was either a group interview or with the studio manager of the location.
