Case

I had to do an unpaid case study that was pretty much without instructions. They rejected me pretty fast and easily. I did like that they were quick about it though, because I'm job hunting and a lot of other companies aren't as considerate. On the other hand, I didn't like getting a generic rejection email.

Experienced folks, don't waste your time on this interview. They just ask you to write one program and ask 2 questions, then they end the interview. No feedback is given. It feels like a time-pass interview, and they select candidates in other ways. The interview is just for procedure. We attend interviews because we don't know about it, but when we research, we find links to consultancies. We don't know if the management or higher-level employees are doing this.
