The team was super welcoming and gave me all the info about the job and duties. They were happy to answer my questions, and I knew what to expect next. First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter and got a call back in a few hours to set up a video interview. Then I spoke with the hiring managers who explained the role and seemed really nice and knowledgeable. After that, the recruiter called to set up an in-person interview where I got to see the office, and everyone made me feel at ease.

First had to complete a personality and company culture quiz. Then I got a call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was great, the interviewer was really nice. They said they'd pass my info up and I'd hear back in a few days. I never got a response even after following up. Later I saw the job was removed from their site. It's frustrating because I would have been fine if they just told me I wasn't a fit, but ghosting candidates isn't cool and doesn't seem like them.

It was the worst interview experience. First, there was a quick phone call. Then, I was given an assessment that had to be finished within 24 hours. It was the middle of the week and I already have a job. The assessment said to do as much as possible and included making a logo, flyer, email, and some social media posts. I took time off work to finish it by noon the next day. After I sent it, they said I'd hear back mid-week. I didn't hear anything that week, so I followed up and got an automated rejection email. It's ridiculous to ask for such a big assessment from people you aren't going to seriously consider or even interview. I had to contact the hiring manager directly to make sure my work wasn't being stolen. What a joke. I'm sure they don't ask their agents to lease a property in 24 hours before moving them past a phone screen. I would avoid this company if you care about your work. Luckily, I dodged a bullet.

The interview process was super unprofessional. I was ghosted by staff after interviewing with a couple of people in the company. I reached out a good few times with no responses. I guess they thought it was too much work to send a simple email that says they went with someone else.
