They have interview (walk ins) running every month and every week. They will ask basic level of questions and concepts. My experience: I appeared nagarro 4 times and that too 1:1. They will give you 1 code if you pass they will give another and yet another until you fail. Then Selenium rest Assured and SQL- satisfaction will depend on their mood on that day. When they ask do you have any question for us- you ask how is project and work culture here. They will answer "Only best Minds work here".

So after the OA, a third party set up the interview. The Nagarro team sent over a checklist of stuff to review. The interview started 10 minutes late with the panel. They began by testing my programming skills, which felt more like a developer role than QA. I mean, if they wanted that kind of speed and logic building, I'd just go into software development. But I tried anyway, and the interviewer did help me build the logic, which was a plus. Then it shifted to how tests are managed. His questions were kind of unclear, and I couldn't really understand him or explain my automation experience well. Overall, a pretty strange interview experience with Nagarro.
