It was a three round interview process. Started with a quantitative interview and then a face-to-face with HR. All the sessions were very curative and basis industry standard. But the wait time is very high in all rounds of interview, I don't know why they call so many candidates in same schedule.

The interview experience was terrible, with a very unprofessional interviewer who had zero knowledge of the role they were hiring for. It seemed like a developer was asked to conduct a manager interview, and they had very poor communication skills. At one point, they claimed estimations are done by developers, not PMs, which clearly shows a lack of understanding of PM skills.

My experience with Nagarro's interview process was concerning, lacking transparency and professionalism. It had five rounds: four with Nagarro stakeholders and one with their client, L'Oreal Singapore. There was a lack of clarity; one Director seemed to think I was interviewing for an infrastructure PM role instead of my specialized eCommerce PM role, asking about penetration testing and other infrastructure topics. I had to correct him mid-interview, raising concerns about internal communication. The HR team in India also seemed uninformed about Singapore employment regulations, handling contracts, EPF, and benefits poorly. No benefits like medical coverage, insurance, or parental leave were offered for Singapore-based employees, even for client site visits. An interview was scheduled for a weekend due to urgency, which I accommodated, but later found out the position was filled without them telling me. This unprofessionalism contradicted their 'caring-first' image and left a negative impression, suggesting aspects of diversity and inclusion could be explored.
