I reached out to the recruiter directly and applied. About a month later, I got an online assessment (OA) link. It had two parts: the first was computer basics, English, and aptitude, and the second was coding with three problems (easy, medium-hard). The next day, I had a short 15-minute technical interview in the morning and an HR round in the evening. I found out the results the same day and got accepted. It was a pretty straightforward process overall.

- What's the difference between the iterative and recursive factorial methods?
- Solve the Majority element problem (where the element appears more than n/2 times) starting from a brute force approach to the most optimal one.

It was an on-campus interview with two technical rounds. The first was a test with 5 questions: 3 algo-based and 2 DP or greedy, where you had the choice of how and what to do. If you passed that, there was an HR round. If you made it this far, you're pretty much in unless you really mess up the HR part.

We start with a screening round, which is either an HR or Recruiter Call. After that, there are Technical Rounds. For the Managerial/Domain-Specific part, you'll need to prepare a checklist. Brush up on your technical concepts like SQL queries, ETL workflows, advanced Excel formulas, and data validation. Also, prepare examples from your Nagarro projects and how they added value. Lastly, practice negotiation and have a confident, polite script for salary discussion.
