The interview process was smooth, entirely via email. They sent interview confirmations and even a courtesy call. The first round was basic knowledge and went well. The second was technical, but the interviewers were nice and kept me comfortable.

The interview process included an online assessment initially, followed by two technical rounds. Round 3 was optional in some situations. I got through Round 1 and Round 2, but they didn't move forward with my application. They didn't give a clear reason or feedback via email, which was frustrating.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process began around September 2024. An HR rep reached out about the role and I scheduled an interview for the next day. All three rounds happened similarly, with last-minute requests to adjust the timing. The first two rounds were with Nagarro, focusing on basic Business Analyst methods for collecting requirements and crafting User Stories. The final round was with the client, where they asked behavioral questions about managing conflicts and difficult stakeholders, plus some basic CRM questions since it's a requirement for the position. I made it to the final round, but then the HR sent a generic rejection message, similar to what you'd get after the initial screening. It was a bad experience because I accommodated all the last-minute interview requests, and when I asked for feedback, the HR couldn't get it from the hiring manager. The interview overall felt easy to average, yet they rejected me without a clear reason. It was unprofessional. I'd like the company to please respect candidates' time.
