The interview process involved a department manager interview, then a director interview, and finally an HR interview for the final offer. After acceptances, there was a pro interview for visa transfer. Once everything is accepted, the offer will take about 1 week after approval. It's a good company.

HR will get in touch about scheduling the interview and other details. It's just one round with the Department Manager. HR will then follow up in a few days regarding salary negotiation and next steps if I'm selected. I got selected and HR talked to me about it on a call. I also had salary negotiation and discussed my joining date with HR and the Department Manager. I told the Manager I hadn't heard back officially from HR, even though he'd confirmed over the phone. I still didn't get any official confirmation despite following up. The HR wasn't even professional enough to tell me I was rejected after we discussed my joining date and other benefits.
