NAF Interview Questions
& Process

The interview process was pretty straightforward with not too many questions. It was a bit strange that no one else was on camera during the Teams call, just me, which felt unprofessional.

This was a completely remote interview process. It felt informal and friendly. The first interview was a simple technical screening with a few leetcode easy problems. The second interview was a short behavioral/cultural fit interview.

I got an email asking for a phone screening with a recruiter. After that, I was asked to interview with the hiring manager. The interview was relaxed and more like a chat. I was nervous at first but talking to the hiring manager felt like talking to a friend, which was good. She told me what the next steps were, said she liked me and thought I'd fit in with her team. The only bad part is I never heard back. I still haven't gotten an email back saying they went with someone else.

My interaction with the NAF team was great. They were respectful and paid close attention to detail. They made an effort to understand their candidates and asked pertinent questions. I appreciate a team that clearly knows what they're looking for in a candidate to help improve the organization going forward.
