Behavioral Other

It's a bit long, first you leave your job application, then an HR person tells you they'll send a psychometric test to your email to complete. If everything goes well, they'll call you to come for an interview at your house, to confirm that's where you live. And if that interview goes well, they ask you to send your documents (birth certificate, CURP, RFC, IMSS, etc.) as PDFs to the recruiter who interviewed you. Once you've sent all your documents, they schedule you for contract signing. This process can take a week to 15 days.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Do you have recent warehouse worker experience?
  • And since the warehouse worker position was for the night shift, they ask if you have worked at night.
