Software Engineer
First, there's an aptitude round. If you pass that, you'll have a technical round, followed by a coding round. Finally, an HR round will be conducted based on your interview performance.

Quality Engineer
First, I was contacted by email. Then, I had a 1.5-hour interview, which I passed. After that, they had another meeting for a resume review, sending my resume to a company. I then passed a second interview with someone from that company. Finally, I had another interview with people from a specific company.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Please describe the work you performed in two of your past roles.
- What was the most challenging job situation you faced, and what did you do to resolve it?
Business Process Analyst
It was a standard interview with 3 individual panel members, including the HR Recruiter. The questions didn't seem very coordinated, like they would follow up on your answers, but each interviewer went down their own path. I think the interviewers were more stressed than I was. I never heard back, which shows poor communication. A 'No' would have been better than silence.
- How do you ensure processes are maintained after they're set up?
Hardware Design Engineer
The interview is easy but the HR is not so good. First we had a phone call and just some easy questions about personal information and job requirements and they tell me that they will reply me the next early week. But they didn't replied no matter I call them or sending email.
- Why are you interested in this company?
