First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at N.C.O’s Enterprise.
Business Development Representative
I only went to the first interview, which they called an information session, and decided it wasn't the right fit for me. The messages about the interview didn't mention it was a group session, so I was surprised to see other people on the Zoom call.
- Would you be open to working six days a week?
Business Trainee
The first round was a surprise group interview. The salary listed in the job posting was incorrect; actual pay wouldn't match until after 6-8 months. It seems like they hire "trainees" to avoid paying sales staff, promising experience and future account management roles. The role requires 45 hours a week.
- Are you capable of handling angry customers continuously?
Marketing
The interview process felt very organized and they gave me all the details I needed about the job. The office felt like a really good and happening place when I visited!
- What are you looking for in your next role?
Sales
The office in Clearwater was pretty run down, almost made me leave right away. It was a long interview process just to find out the job involved door-to-door sales. I learned more about the interviewer than the actual job. The base pay is really low.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
