The interview process felt like it took forever, with way too many screening steps before I was finally accepted. First, I had to take a quiz, then complete a career assessment, get feedback on my results, and then take yet another personality test, followed by more tests and consultations. It was only after four separate interactions that I realized they were recruiting for insurance agents. There was no clear communication from the start, which really put me off.

They asked me questions about basic marketing principles, team communication, and used fact-based questions about using web tools to increase efficiency and outreach. They also asked about my experience and skill with using speech in large groups of people and whether I'm persuasive enough.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation Group

After applying and sending in my resume and cover letter, there was a screening interview, then a Skype interview, followed by a phone interview. Then I had an in-person interview, which included a panel interview and a group interview. There was also a technical interview, behavioral interview, case study interview, role play interview, simulation interview, and a presentation interview. I also had a lunch interview and a coffee interview. It felt like a whole networking event, almost like a job fair or assessment center. Then there was a skills test, a personality test, and a background check with reference checks. Finally, I got the offer letter and we did some negotiation before onboarding.
