I went through 2 interviews, both conducted online. The first one was with Ann, and it was a good experience. She was nice, respectful, and asked relevant questions. However, the second interview, with the CEO, was a terrible experience. The CEO didn't introduce herself or turn on her camera, making it feel like I was just talking to a screen. She asked very specific questions about my experience with technical skills, which I don't think is a good way to get to know someone. She also spoke harshly about my attitude because I didn't have that experience, which seems counterproductive for an internship. I found the CEO to be disrespectful overall.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there were some questions over the phone. After that, I went into the office and met with the CEO. We discussed the company's mission and their needs for a graphic designer. They were impressed that I brought my resume on a tablet.

It was pretty straightforward. I sent my resume and cover letter to HR and then got a phone interview. It was a short call, about 10-15 minutes. The HR director was really friendly, so I didn't feel stressed out at all.

The hiring process was very quick. I went in one afternoon in May 2015. I spoke with both the head of the PR team and the HR manager. They asked me a few questions about my resume, and I answered them. We also shared a few jokes during the conversation. I received a job offer via phone call the very next day.
