After I sent in my application, HR got in touch. This was like a screening to make sure I knew what the job was about and what was expected. Then, the department manager reached out. I then met with a few of the staff members and the department manager for interviews. They asked pretty direct questions. Most of the questions were more about getting to know me as a person instead of testing my clinical skills.

I had an initial phone call scheduled. I logged in early for the call. However, no one showed up for the call, even 10 minutes after it was supposed to start. I decided to withdraw my application for this and another role.

Since I'm out of town, they were nice enough to do a zoom call interview. I spoke with two administrators, and they were pretty friendly. The questions weren't too crazy, just a pretty standard interview I thought.
