Screener
You talk to a few people and your actual qualifications don't seem to matter. The only thing that matters is how pumped you are about the gig. If you're excited to work here, excited about the perks, excited to do the same old thing over and over, and excited to be misled, you can land the job. Otherwise, they're not interested.
- Do you think you would get burned out doing this job, which involves making hundreds of calls daily?
Account Manager
The interview process was quick and painless. It started with a phone call with the recruiter, which led to an in-person meeting with my future managers. They were very welcoming during the interview.
- Why should I be considered for this role?
Sales Associate
The recruiter was very attentive and thorough in hearing about my experience to see if it matched any possible opportunities within the company. The HR representative was great! They were detailed in matching candidates with hiring managers and the scope of work.
- What is your understanding of our company?
- Can you describe your past work experiences?
Growth Analyst
It was an on campus placement interview. The whole hiring process was virtual. We first gave an aptitude test followed two technical interviews and one cultural fitment interview. The interviewees were very polite and soft spoken and the overall experience was very smooth.
- Questions about your resume, puzzles, and guesstimates were asked.
