I can only speak to the first interview, which was the least professional interview I have ever participated in. About thirty seconds in, I heard an automated voice stating the interview would be recorded, which I paused at. The interviewer then asked if I was okay with that. She then asked about my experience, and when I responded, she repeatedly said "what's that?" in a tone like my niece would say it, even interrupting my answers. It felt rude and very unprofessional. I knew she was a recent grad, so it was likely inexperience showing, but I decided this place was not for me. I haven't heard back in over a month, so they are not great at communicating. This was the only interview I've wanted to disconnect from after ten minutes. I got the impression the company is not professional. I've learned to acknowledge these things because generally where there's smoke, there's fire.

They're going to grill you on basic Linux commands and basic AWS questions, but act like they’re some premium company just because they throw in a bunch of puzzles and ‘logical reasoning’ crap? If you’re serious about your career, don’t waste your time there. They give more weight to these time-pass puzzles than to your actual technical skills. If you’re technically strong, apply somewhere that respects it, or if you just want to solve puzzles, go give SSC-CGL instead. This place is a total waste of time, trust me.

Applied via LinkedIn and things moved fast, like a week. Ended up being 4 rounds. I thought it was cool it was so quick, but honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing in the end. We had a Salesforce Admin/Config round, then a functional round with the Senior Director of Revenue Ops. After that was a technical/process round with the COO. The last round was the 'Bar-Raiser' round with the CEO. I finished all 4 rounds and even did an extra task the CEO asked for. When I checked in with HR for an update, they just said they went with other people. No heads-up, no feedback, nothing. It felt pretty disrespectful to spend time on 4 rounds and extra work just to get a cold, 'we've moved on' response. Some honesty or tips would've been nice.

I got referred by an employee for a Developer role in the Integration Team. The first step was a 20-minute Skype call with a senior person. It was mainly about my past work, with a small coding question thrown in. The first round went okay. About 20 days later, I had a second Skype call, this time for an hour with a team member. They asked about my experience and projects, and I also got a puzzle, a few programming questions, and some Java concept questions. The interviewer was helpful. The third stage was a face-to-face at the Noida office, with three 1-hour interviews: two technical and one HR. The technical interviews involved 3-4 programming problems and a system design question, plus more on my past work. The HR interview focused on personality and decision-making. Even though the process was good, I didn't make it further.
