It started with basic questions about my past work experience. They also asked if I could pass a drug test and if I could drive a standup and sit-down forklift. Then they asked if I had any questions for them. Pretty simple.

Had a lengthy phone screen that was supposed to be a half hour but ended up being an hour long. I agreed to it on short notice. Then I had a Zoom interview that was scheduled with only 2 days notice. The interviewers were the sales VP and operations VP. I sent 3 follow-up emails over 2 months, but they never responded. It felt like a waste of time and unprofessional, but I guess I dodged a bullet.

So I started with a phone call with the manager, then had a zoom meeting with HR and the manager. After that, I went in for an in-person interview with the manager and a senior salesman. This whole thing dragged on for 7 weeks. It felt like a total waste of time because they reposted the job and then a week later told me I didn't get it and wouldn't give any feedback. Such a waste.
