They also mentioned checking my references and whether I meet monthly targets. I was told I got the job during the interview, pending reference validation. I accepted the offer.

I went through 3 interviews. The first two were with managers and went pretty well. They showed me around the office and seemed nice. The last interview was with the CEO. He spent most of the time making fun of me, giving me backhanded compliments, saying my last job seemed easy and boring, and that I seemed underqualified. Even though he was like that, they still offered me the job, which I turned down. The CEO really messed up the whole experience for me.
