First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Myers-Holum.
Implementation Consultant
Had 3 interviews total. The first was a recruiter call about my background and experience. Then I had a second interview with a Project Manager on a specific team to go into more detail about my experience. Lastly, a Senior Member interviewed me and asked very specific questions about a particular process.
- Can you discuss your background and past experience?
- What prompted your job search?
- Could you elaborate on your experience with specific modules and inventory management?
Account Executive
The interview process was a bit longer than normal because of some restructuring, which is to be expected. However, MH did a good job of keeping things moving between the calls. It gave candidates a good chance to meet with various leaders and ask a lot of questions throughout. The interviews were very conversational, allowing genuine personality and strengths to come through, rather than a rigid Q&A or presentation-style interview.
- Could you describe a favorite deal you successfully sold?
Delivery Manager
The interview process included about 3 to 4 rounds, one of which was a live case study. The recruitment team did a good job explaining each part of the interview. Even though there were 3-4 rounds, they were pretty good about sticking to the schedule and not running over, seeming to understand that people's time is valuable.
- Walk me through how you gather requirements from a client and from the team.
Senior Consultant
My interview process involved a screening call, a behavioral interview, and a case study. The case study was particularly confusing because I was promised access to a sandbox account which never materialized. After that, I never heard back from the recruiter, which was quite unprofessional, and I've since learned there's a lot of turnover there. Honestly, it feels like I dodged a bullet. Recruiters from Myers keep reaching out, but no thanks.
- What's prompting your departure from your current employer?
