I first had a phone chat with the HR director, who asked me some basic questions and also shared a lot about the company. Then, the CEO got in touch the next business day with a few more questions and more company info. Both were really nice.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and then had an interview with the Marketing Director. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview at their Tampa office. Upon arriving at the office, which required parking across the street, I found it was an open office setup. While waiting for my interview time (I was early, as I believe being on time means being late), I had to sit and listen to another interview happening nearby. It made me a bit uncomfortable, feeling like I was just next in line and that the process wasn't really taken seriously by them. My interview itself went well, I thought. After it was over, I never heard back from them, not even a courtesy email to say they had hired someone else, which I feel is a basic professional courtesy.

They looked over my resume and asked me questions from it. Then I was given a writing assignment that I had to finish within a specific time. The whole thing took about 2-4 weeks, but it was just one interview.
