I only had one interview that I felt went pretty well. My interviewer assured me a second interview would happen for sure. However, I never heard back about another interview and was eventually informed that someone else got the job. It seemed like there wasn't even an HR person involved. Super unprofessional, and I'm left with a bad impression.

Behavioral Case

I applied online and had an interview at myCIO. The first interview was with a partner, and it went well, so we scheduled a second interview. I gave them my references and transcripts. Then, I had to do a case study, which I completed. But when it came time to schedule the next interview after I sent everything, they just ghosted me. I sent two follow-up emails that were never answered, and I never heard back about whether they were still moving forward. It's unprofessional not to at least send a rejection email after making a candidate do references and case studies. It's sad to see how unprofessionally the company treats its candidates.

Case Behavioral

Interviewed with the partner for the first round, then the second round was with both the partner and manager. They gave me a case study to complete. I never heard back from them after following up, and the whole process took over a month. Pretty unprofessional.
