The interview process was disorganized and rife with red flags. The HR recruiter and area director hadn't reviewed my resume, admitting this during our calls. The second interview was supposed to be with a physician who didn't show up. Afterwards, I spoke with a physician by phone, which was a good experience with typical questions like 'tell me about your experience' and 'how do you approach issues'. Then, I was scheduled to shadow at the location. The day before, I was told the job required 100% floating to another location for the first few months and involved on-call duties, which differed from the posting. At that point, I withdrew my application.

It was an ok interview. They seemed impressed. They told me they would reach out either way, but I never heard from them. A rejection email would be nice.

I interviewed with 7 people for this role. One of the interviews was a bit strange as the interviewer was on speakerphone and asked me 3 questions. Most of the other interviews went well and felt positive. However, the interview with the CEO was inappropriate; he asked questions unrelated to the role, brought up past experiences, and inquired about my current employer. I suspect I didn't get an offer because I was unwilling to discuss my current company.

It was good and friendly, they knew exactly what they were looking for. First, there was a phone call interview. Second, a person-to-person interview. Then, I got a phone call afterwards with an email with a job offer.
