The process was pretty chill and straightforward. The GM and supervisor were nice, easy to talk to, and upfront about what the job entails. Overall, it felt very relaxed and welcoming. The GM was quick to respond.

It was an easy interview process. I initially went in person to drop off my resume and met the manager. Then I got called for an in-person interview and was offered the job. They asked straightforward questions about my customer service and multitasking skills. I also got a tour of the office, laundry, and guest rooms.
