The interview was great, the team was very nice and asked insightful questions. They didn’t have any trick questions just very to the point. Overall great experience with a great team of intelligent and honest people.

I emailed my portfolio and work samples. Then I was asked to do 3 design tests. One test had two projects: redesign two graphics, redesign the company logo, and make a logo portion print-ready. After I sent these in, I got no response from the email. The first email response was quick, but after I followed up, no more replies came. The job was listed as full-time, but they told me it was part-time in the first email. The job is listed again on job sites.

It was a pretty chill interview process. They asked some general questions about making a marketing plan. We had a group panel interview, which made it easy to see how you stacked up against the other people interviewing. They ended up hiring two people from a group of about 10. But, they're usually pretty good about finding you another spot in the company if they thought you were a good fit.
