Technical Coding

It was a horrible experience! They weren't ready when I got there and were still setting up the test machine. They didn't seem interested in my background, focusing only on coding questions. It started with JavaScript, where the first three questions were manageable, but the fourth was really tough. Then we moved to CSS and HTML, and a different person took over, whose explanations were hard to follow. Finally, there was a coding test: create a form where a button click triggers a search and displays the results on the same page without redirecting. They didn't even give me enough time to finish it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. They spent time really clearly explaining the company and what they were looking for. The first interview was a phone call, and then I had a second interview that went for about 45 minutes. During this second interview, they even took off their glasses and said, “I want you to sell me these glasses.” I thought that was great because it showed they aren't just focused on your resume and asking the same typical interview questions.

I went through 2 interviews for the job. The interviews were not too long, and each manager asked detailed questions and made sure to get their point across. This company seems to be very knowledgeable and hopefully, they care about their employees and future candidates.

We started with a phone chat, then texted, then had another call, and finished with an in-person meeting. In the final interview, two managers asked about my availability and how many jobs I can handle simultaneously.
