My interview was online, but sometimes they have walk-in interviews at the office in Noida. They'll ask you stuff from your resume, why you want to join the company, and about your communication skills.

it was an easy interview, they ask you random questions and try to find how communicative you are, then they ask random questions about your branch and department like what are you studying, what are subjects, explain those subjects one by one etc

I got a call right after applying online, but the posting seemed misleading and was similar to ones from other agencies. The recruiter, who sounded like an outsourced person with poor English, pressured me for my details. I mentioned I'd received similar calls from other agencies and wasn't interested in being contacted by outsourced recruiters anymore. The recruiter then abruptly ended the call while I was still speaking. It was surprising as no recruiter has ever hung up on me before. I'd suggest staying away from this company.

After applying, the company outsources its recruitment to India. Many of the recruiters have poor English proficiency, making communication difficult. They asked inappropriate questions, such as those about salary history, which are prohibited in my state. They also requested references and contacted them persistently before any interviews took place, despite assurances not to. This has resulted in me losing references due to their constant pressure. The recruiter from India was aggressive and pushy, with weak communication skills. I wish they would hire Americans.
