It was really simple. First, I had a phone call to schedule the in-person interview. Since it was a college job, they asked basic questions to make sure I was reliable and could talk to the club members.

Behavioral Case

I had an interview with the department manager and an HR representative. It was about 15 minutes long, and they asked pretty straightforward, mostly situational questions. They were really nice, explained what they expected, what the department needed, and the expected customer traffic during my shifts. It felt pretty casual overall.

It was thorough and pleasant. You can tell the staff really cares about the community and company, and they want to ensure their new hires share that passion. If you're interested in fitness or health, I'd really recommend this place.
