First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MVP Health Care.
Graphic Designer
We started with a quick call to screen me, then had a virtual meeting. After that, I met with more team members online. For the design part, I had to show my portfolio and talk about how I handle projects and manage them from start to finish.
- How do you usually get a project started?
- What's your process for kicking things off?
Actuarial Intern
I had a couple of interviews with different team members, and they lasted about two hours in total. They asked me standard interview questions, including behavioral questions and technical questions about computer programming and similar topics.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
Business Analyst
The interview process wasn't great. They don't really follow up or let you know where you stand, so you often have to chase them for updates. I was eventually told I didn't get the job, just came in second. But then, about eight months later, the recruiter called me about a different opening and asked why I had apparently withdrawn my application for the previous role I didn't even get!
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- Tell me about your professional background.
- What relevant job experiences do you have?
Staff Pharmacist
The interview process involved meeting with 3 individuals for hiring. They started by asking about my prior experience and history, previous jobs, reasons for job changes, strengths/weaknesses, responsibilities, pharmacy goals, and interest in time or remote opportunities. The hiring managers asked questions individually and were particularly interested in my knowledge of MTM and my clinical background.
