The hiring process was quite simple. They provide all the necessary training. During the first week of training, you'll dive straight into your day-to-day responsibilities.

It was a quick process. I first talked with a 3rd party who wanted to make sure I would be a good fit for working with their CRM software, comfortable speaking on the phone, and of course, sales. Then I spoke with the hiring manager.

The interview process was quite straightforward and efficient. It involved simple questions like 'Why should we hire you?' The interviews took place on 09/19, and I was scheduled to start working on 09/27. Things got a bit unusual during the initial training period. We had one day of training, and then an email arrived canceling the next day's session due to Hurricane Ian, which was understandable. We were supposed to return that Thursday, but after working only half a day, we were informed that training was again postponed indefinitely because of the hurricane. We were told we'd receive an email by the following Monday regarding the resumption of training. However, on Friday, 09/30, an email stated that our employment was being terminated due to economic reasons, essentially meaning they couldn't afford to keep us. This was quite strange. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company. Even during the full day of training, there was a strong emphasis on how easily employees are replaceable, and one trainer was particularly unpleasant and rude to everyone.

The interview process was fast and really helpful. Before interviewing, you have to watch a video, which means you don't have many questions for the interviewer. After the video, you'll have a phone interview that's under 30 minutes, depending on how many questions you have.
