It was a pretty laid-back interview. The group asked a lot of questions during about an hour-long chat. We discussed the facility, current issues, future plans, and my potential contributions. They also wanted to see if I could plan ahead in case we both decided to move forward.

The interview process began with a preliminary phone call with recruiter Jennifer, which went really well. I was informed that I was overqualified for an inside sales role and was then considered for a petroleum sales position. The subsequent in-person interview also went exceptionally well!

The interview process was too long for a cashier role. They seem to require a lot of experience for the little pay and not enough benefits offered. I did notice that many of the current employees are either family or friends from college.
