The interview process took about three weeks. The first call with the recruiter went well, it was pretty fun and the recruiter was energetic. We did a simulation activity as part of it. The second interview was quite different though. There were three interviewers and they all seemed like they had no energy and weren't interested in talking. It was hard to have a good conversation.

The application process was really long and involved creating videos of myself acting out different scenes. It took me about 3 days to finish everything, including planning and filming the videos. After I submitted it all, they didn't even bother to respond, which was pretty disrespectful. I get not hiring someone, but if you require that much work upfront, a response is the least you could do, even if it's just feedback or a rejection. It was a rude experience, and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The initial submission was long and excessive, with no follow-up from them.

The interview process was smooth and highly communicative. It started with a phone meeting with HR. Then there was a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a scenario exercise assignment. Following that, another Zoom interview with the hiring manager and VP to review the assignment. Lastly, there was a final Zoom interview with the director.

The first interview with the HR recruiter was great! Very friendly and specific when asking questions. The second interview with the Hiring Manager was via Zoom. Heavy sighs when I didn't answer the way they hoped I would? Generalized questions, but trying to get to a specific answer and I didn't know what that answer was. It was clear during the interview I was not what they wanted, but we still stayed on the call for an hour. Abruptly ended. Worst interview I've ever had.
