This recruiter contacted me for an interview. They were unresponsive for weeks when I offered times to chat. After they finally responded and set up a time, they postponed the interview the day before. Then, they failed to show up for the rescheduled meeting. They postponed again and then called 10 minutes late. My follow-up emails were ignored, and I got a generic rejection a month later. Truly disorganized.

I just had a first interview call with the HR manager. It seemed like she hadn't even looked at my resume or cover letter, and didn't know anything about me or what salary I was looking for (even though they asked us to provide that). It was pretty disappointing because I took the time to write a custom CV and be honest about my salary needs. I really thought she'd at least spend a bit of time looking me up or reading my stuff beforehand. Super bummed, as this was a company I was really hoping to join.
