Applied online which was easy, then had a phone interview, then a Skype interview. After that, there was a background check. The phone interview was an intro, and the Skype one was more formal with the department head. Overall, it's not a hard process and is really organized.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a typical interview, conducted over Skype. It was quite extensive for the work I ended up doing. I got the sense they were looking for a very specific type of person for the job, which made sense. I do wish I had known the specifics of the role beforehand so I could have been better prepared to ask questions about the actual duties involved.

Behavioral

It was a pretty easy interview process. They mostly asked behavioral questions and talked about my education and past experience. It's super important to research the firm thoroughly beforehand because I didn't realize it was a conservative firm, and that ended up hurting me.

I had a very casual face-to-face interview two days after going to a local job fair. The next day, they offered me the job if I wanted it, but it took about a week for them to tell me the salary they could offer.
