The interview process consisted of an Online Test, a Personal Interview, an Assessment Center, and another Personal Interview. The Assessment Center was a half-day event. There was also a technical presentation after the Assessment Center. The entire process took about two months. I haven't done the Assessment Center yet, but I heard it involves a written task and group work.

After a bunch of impersonal and frankly silly "personality" and affinity tests, I was almost immediately declined. Pretty sure no human ever looked at my application. I bet there are specific buzz words that make a human respond, but I have no clue what they are.

I applied online for the Munich office. The next day, I got a psychometric test with 3 parts: mailbox exercise, personality test, and patterns. Then, I had two in-person interviews followed by an assessment centre. The first in-person interview was more technical, and the second one focused on how well I'd fit with the team. Both interviews lasted about an hour to 90 minutes.
