Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Munich Re.
Intern
It was a long virtual interview, but it was clear and interesting. I interviewed with multiple people. It basically went in like 3 sets, and there were about 2 people at a time (sometimes just 1 person) who interviewed me on their specific topic area. For example, one group's questions would be focused more on my operational skills, while another would be focused on me as a person.
