So, the process had three parts: first, a phone call to talk about your background. Then, a technical interview for your skills. Lastly, you meet leadership in person to see if you fit the team. They usually give you an offer soon after if it goes well.

The interview process started with an initial conversation with HR, followed by a meeting with the department manager. There was also an on-the-spot Excel test, which was quite unexpected for an interview, requiring knowledge of v-lookup and pivot tables. The role was advertised as an accounting position, but after speaking with the manager, the actual job description was completely unrelated to accounting.
