Applied online and then had a video chat with a few marketing folks. One of them mentioned they'd respond within a few days, which was neat, but then I never heard back.

It was a quick remote process, but the last one was onsite. Most of the questions were standard, not really industry-specific. It took a really long time to hear back after applying and after the interview itself, like many weeks. They mentioned the work environment is like a 'family'.

I had 2 callbacks after applying. First, a general application with HR, who at the time was the Executive Chef's wife, which I found a bit odd. Then, I had a direct interview with the Executive Chef. I got the job offer over the phone two days later and started right away.

Had two virtual interviews, one on one and then a panel with other EAs. Then an in-person interview with my direct supervisor. The first two were pretty basic and straightforward, and I had plenty of chances to ask my own questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
