First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Multivista.
Sales Executive
The process was pretty simple and straightforward, mainly reviewing the resume to confirm relevant experience. It was a good chance to ask about the company, its culture, and how the business operates. They didn't get into too much detail about benefits or the specific role, but they did mention the onboarding process, which was helpful.
- Can you walk me through your resume and experience?
Construction Photographer
The interview was informative and engaging. I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the role and the team. The interviewer was friendly and asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed discussing my skills and experience with the interviewer. I felt a good connection with the team and the company culture.
- How important is transparency among workers for smooth operations?
Sales Representative
Even though MultiVista is a big, international company, their interview process felt really grassroots, like a small business. It was very personal and to-the-point. They moved me through it fast.
- Are you comfortable making many outbound calls and going to mixers and business events?
Sales Associate
First I met with the regional sales manager and the owners to talk about the job and see if I was interested. Then I had a deeper interview with the Sales Director for the territory I'd be working in, which was more about my past experience and how it relates to this job.
- Can you describe any objections you encountered in your previous sales position and detail how you addressed them?
