Talent Acquisition
The process was good, however, decision-makers were slow in providing feedback after interviews, even after multiple follow-ups, which made communication and timelines less clear and unnecessarily extended the hiring timeline.
- Can you share about your background and career journey?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
It was a pretty standard process, but they asked a lot of personal questions that felt intrusive. They also gave really long feedback that included comments on these personal questions. If you ignore the personal stuff though, the interviewers were pretty engaging.
- What do you do on your weekends?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The interview process was a bit unusual, but I was informed about the stages upfront. I got feedback after each stage, which helped me prepare for the next ones. I told them I was interviewing with other companies but was very interested in Multiverse, and Lauren was very flexible and tried her best to schedule the next steps quickly. Communication and transparency were great from the start. Considering I was talking to a few other companies, Lauren was the best initial and ongoing contact I had, which really says something about Multiverse!
- Besides your professional life, what makes you unique?
