Implementation Manager
I had a call with the talent partner, who said at the end he would pass me onto the next stage. I was booked in and spoke to the manager at the next stage for 45minutes. The day after this call the talent partner was in touch to book me in for the next stage, another 45 minute call. At the end of this call, I was told there would be a task for the next stage. I didn't progress to this stage. I followed up for feedback and was given a 15 minute time slot to discuss. Head of Partnerships
The interview process took about 3 weeks and was all virtual. I talked with people on the team, my potential manager, the exec team, and finally the CEO. There was a take-home assignment in the middle that was a good size. The recruiters were quick to respond and kept things moving even with all the different people I had to talk to. It felt pretty well organized. They also responded well when I had a competing offer and made a decision fast. I'd suggest reading their blog post about the 3 C's competency model before interviewing.
- Can you share an instance where a partnership didn't go as planned and describe your response?
- Describe your experience with change management when establishing new partnerships or implementing operational shifts.
Implementation Manager
So, I had a really bad interview with Multiverse. The interviewer seemed new and mostly asked really basic project management stuff without much depth. They also didn't give me enough time to ask my own questions, making it feel like a one-way street. It was confusing because they mentioned an 'enterprise' role mid-interview, but when I asked about it, the interviewer was clearly unprepared and unsure how to respond. I even asked how to apply for it, and their answers were vague and unhelpful. Then, they just said the role I was interviewing for *was* the enterprise role, even though it wasn't advertised that way at all, especially regarding the responsibilities and pay. My suggestion for Multiverse: get better, more confident recruiters. The Implementation Manager who seemed to be recently promoted seemed overwhelmed, which doesn't look good for their hiring process. Candidates need clear, professional communication and their time respected, which I didn't get at all.
- Can you describe your approach to managing change within a project?
