First, I applied with some written questions, my CV, and cover letter. Then, there was a 30-minute online screening call with the recruitment team. After that, I had a 60-minute formal interview with a senior director from a different territory. Next, I had a written task that involved strategy and an in-tray exercise. The final stage was interviews with members of the EMT.

Had a 15-minute chat with a recruiter first, which I liked because it got the initial fit questions out of the way. We found out our salary expectations didn't match, but they were open to seeing if a higher band might work. We scheduled a second call. The second 45-minute call was mostly about my background. I only got about 5 minutes to ask my questions. It seemed to be going well overall in terms of what they needed. But the next day I got a standard rejection email. I asked for feedback, but didn't get any, which felt a bit disrespectful given our conversations, especially since they claim to value direct and kind feedback. It makes me wonder if their values are just a marketing thing, and honestly, I'm kind of relieved I won't be working there.

Behavioral

Got rejected because I didn't fit their "3cs hiring framework" which is Capability, Coachability, and Character. This framework disregarded skills, experience, and my neurodivergency. Companies should really adjust their interview formats and communication to be direct and structured, cut out abstract questions, give reasonable accommodations, and use objective skill-based tests to make sure they evaluate fairly. None of that happened. Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet, but their hiring process is so clinical, they'll probably end up with the employees they deserve.
