Presentation Case Behavioral

I went through 3 casual interviews, but it felt like I was being passed around without a clear plan. The hiring manager kept changing every time I asked who I'd report to. I had to prepare and deliver a big presentation with no feedback. Then, I had an in-person meeting in London with someone who had just started the job a week before. Managers joined this meeting virtually, which made me wonder why I even needed to travel there. After all that, I had to chase them for a response, and it felt like a generic rejection email, which I had to chase up to get in the first place. It's tough to feel enthusiastic about a company or role after an experience like that. I also talked to former employees, and their negative feedback on Glassdoor was consistent.

Started with a recruiter call to check cultural fit, experience, and job history. They thought I was an imperfect fit so they set me up with another recruiter in a different department. The recruiter seemed to be on my side and made the intro.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included talking with a Senior GTM talent partner, the hiring manager (who is a Regional Director), and some senior managers (Area Vice Presidents). The last part was a 'challenge' where I had to show how I generate pipeline, ask discovery questions, and do a presentation. The communication throughout was really good, they let me have prep calls and gave me good feedback. They booked each meeting fast and worked around my schedule. The talent partner, Jake, was super helpful and always responded quickly, giving me good feedback and tips for the next interview.
